Sorry to hear that. Many of us have lost heavily during e crash. But we are still Here. Just remember money can slowly earn back... Next time just play small small to have a piece of mind. I know its hard.. But slowly..
Perhaps concntrate on ur work or family more.
There are also many others things that are as important as $$$$!

At least soccer is only maipulated once in a while. Stocks need high capital but the risk-reward is high as well. Choose the wrong stocks at the wrong time and get totally wiped out no chance for redemption.  If i get a second chance, i think i will quit the market totally. Concentrate on other things if i have the chance.

First round you cut loss at 0.305 lost 3 cents then jeep again... but u cut loss fast didnt lose much too. Im still holding till now, didnt cut even when u  cut loss the first time round. Hindsight i  should have followed suit cut at 30.5. Actually i got think when u say u cut. BUt think a few days oso no action. End up the road is no return liao. Now  i  say wat  oso no use le... too late already. Become POW. U smart run fast managed to escape with a few cuts only. Now i got no $ to even average down or swap counter liao. All in. Bank left enough  $ to makan & pay bills only. My road now only go down bedok reservoir and stare at the water everyday liao. But no guts to jump down. Live & get tortued by Mr. Market everyday. Market use chains, ropes, knives on me everyday. Dont let me die, let me suffer long & slow
