all of a sudden, receiving analytical reports from CLSA, CIMB, RHB, and AM-Research all quickly changed their forecast to much higher target prices, are they working as a team or what ?
Em... I prefer to accumulate the shares now, seem like it will be just too late to do it after the share break 1.5 and surge to 1.2. A lot of buying calls will come in after that and may miss the boat... 
hope to see genting break the recent high of 1.16 convincingly b4 surging to another new high
encouraging spike tho tis AM, anybody willing to share his/her TA abt Genting?

It's true! The logic is so simple, after all the construction done and start business, how can below S1 anymore. You can't ask your kids to have same pocket money as in primary school time when in college already! Thing never turn back unless the whole financial world die. It will only go up and up just like growth of other blue chip firms.

By the way, just for your information, casinos are the only legal gambling available in Egypt. Tourist arrivals to Egypt for 10M09 was 10.9m with average length of stay of ~9.8 days. The
Tourism Ministry is targeting 14m visitors in 2011. This is part of GENS' strategy to expand its casino
resort network and strengthen Genting UK's VIP market (Middle Easterners make up a significant portion
of GENS' London casinos patrons).
Lucky never listen to those sabo king analyst who said sell sell sell and down down down.
bought 5 lots yesterday @ $1.09 before closing. I believe only in myself. The resort and casino is starting operations
soon and it's impossible to drop below one dollar. Even with all the negative news from Dubai, etc, the price still very
steady. the only way now is up up up.
where got breakout as $1.16 is still a big resistance....this stock is not for value or long term investors (esp. for ah ma, uncles, etc.)....one must have a EXITstrategy (NOT buy and hold) for this counter as it is more a trading stock....good luck :)

just a first hypothesis on the price of Genting (not verify yet) based on similar trading traits few years ago (2004-2006) for Bio Treat (when it is a hot stock with many analysts coverage and potential)....Hypothesis: Genting will peak in April 2010 and crash in August 2010...as said, it needs more monitoring...good luck :) |

As d casino is sited in hotel, hence d biz is maninly for tourist, moreover d casino may not be a big scale one, as d hotel space is limited, though can hv few level of gaming places.
On d otherhand, wondering foreign muslim gambling, drinking beer or liquor in Genting will be penalised or not. Remember, a Singapore Malay model kena caught in Malaysia and given rottan because of drinking beer.
So far no instruction fr our local gov on muslim drinking n gambling in our up n coming IRs. Ha ha, at my place kopitiam, not uncommon to seem them drinking beer happily leh.
