U may get better bargain on ppty ard June, may be lagi cheap there after. But not for AK loh, looiless.

this counter has drop rapidly from 6jan 1.95 to 16jan 1.56.
the announcment on end jan is probably not goign to make much different to the price movement coz it could have factor into it already judging the recent drop.

Basically, its dollar n cts issue. It is going to table its FY08 soon, as last FY07 mtg was on 29 Jan 08.
Its FY07 pretax earning was 988.739m with 20cts div given, but its 3qtr 08 was merely 218.968 m.
Capital Land 3qtr earnings fell sharply by 46.3%. Its last FY mtg was on 22 Feb 08.
Above not a call anything, FYI.
