Not say " raise funds" .. The funds will come from Mr. TCW's source. He has $50 million lined up from his outside resources to pump into the company under arrangement of bonds. This $50 million will be used in order to have RTO.

Probably the directors to call for an EGM to approve the proposed placement to raise fund for the RTO?
The closing price today will set tone for the outlook in next week..

Friday normally very quiet but this one bbs are loading it today.
May be some good announcement coming this weekend or next week.
My opinion? Never base your trading on anyone's opinion. You must do your own assessment. But my feeling is that Contel has long legs and can run long distances. Wohohoho!!!
I am vested small amount, but am trying to get in whenever it dip.

Don't forget that one of the bosses will invest $50 mill for the RTO purposes via his own resources.

So long as the market is not in bad health, pennies will rule the order. And so long as the pennies are in demand, Contel will be resuming its distance travelling towards the northerly directions. Those vested have 2 chances to wait for, one: the market, two: the corporate action. Believing these realistically will be providing the faith. And huat arh of all vested. Yes, yes, team yes.. Hahaha.

Time to accumulate Contel if you believe in the RTO story, Price has reached a critical support level and held well.
I made in total 5 rounds, including this morning sale on yesterday buys, made less than $400 because it was scary yesterday so did not buy and did not short because I fear anytime this guy just rocket and got me caught naked no way out.
Can buy sell this, is better than some other counters as it is volatile and responds to news very sensitively.
