Investment firm Rowsley, controlled by former remisier king, Peter Lim, is set to transform into a real estate company, with the announcement of two deals worth up to S$581 million. Rowsley will acquire 56-year old architect firm, RSP Architects Planners & Engineers, from Dr Albert Hong and four of his partners for up to $223 million. Trading in Rowsley's shares was halted on Friday. The counter closed at 14.1 Singapore cents on Thursday. The reverse takeover will see RSP become the second building design and engineering firm to be listed on the Singapore Exchange. (Closing price: -, -)

think...info is more on edu then Rows.., an investment firm, need money to convince players to buy into his idea n to him, it easier to used Rows...
Row row, row ur boat...more convincing, so more players may come in....to speculating it higher, if possible players is calling for 20c.
To Peter Lim....he can LOLest to the bank where he can collect @20c...? Happi speculating.

It had been pump up, so as BBs stake holders can offer a better prices to unsuspecting players, using famous name to make money.
In it most recent run up, it's a classic example on how BBs pump up to offer players a stake, small and or big stake a chance to make money.
A situation of not pump and dump, but pump up to allow more unsuspecting players another chance to speculate.
