The share price kept falling down few times when it hit 1.30, that's because a lot people ALREADY bought the shares long time ago and waiting the opportunity to SELL. For those who plan to buy now and sell during opening, the risk is high and the chance to get high profit is slim...

Immediate TP if it is a expanded flat (a-b-c), is 1.36. If morphed into a triangle next few days, then immediate TP is 1.38. (My gut feel is most probably a triangle is forming now...kekeke! )
