I think BBR, Yongnam should have a slice in 1 or the 2 IR tenders since they have been in the Singapore market for so long! The question is who will get more of the pie??

 

No worries bro, I think the market has already factor in this consideration in the current share price.

 

This should be good and bad news! Yongnam placed out 123,000,000 shares at 0.161c each. The placement money can help to repay bank borrowings and purchase more equipment and expand its business. Bad news would be the potential overhang if placement holders want to dump their shares on the open market!  

 

Why PSC? Not related at all in construction industry. Mind to share your views?

 

Jus let go @0.225/0.23 cents....now concentrating on PSC!

Ironically, placement shares at Sgd. 0.055 is for internal to buy, and much much higher price at Sgd. 0.161 is for external to buy, as if IPO in the secondary market, and eventually all the new 123 millions shares placement will be diluted through open market. If it is so, who will take most advantage out of it? Internal... or external...??? Don't you think, you cannot buy some share with much fairer and low price level than Yongnam? I just wonder? I am not intending to discourage you from buying Yongnam, it is just for the sake of discussion, and exchanging opinions here. Take care!

 

Hmm, may not be end of the game, Yongnam is concentrating on the Middle East and not IR. Look at the SGX annoucement in December.

Looking at the placement shares , there may be a new project coming in. Look at MAE , placement shares at 0.055 cents, look now how much is it?
