Recently I watched a Media Corp TV documentary on an abalone farm in Australia. The way they culture and breed abalone is so interesting. This is a good trade, and I find the molluscs are very expensive delicacies. It is a good business.
No wonder, Oceanus boss is buying more of the shares from the open market. Good to monitor closely and buy when the opportunity presents itself.
will this materialize since 30th april announcement? still hard to say. but on 10-Jun-2011, there is an announcement of Purchase of 66,575,005 shares on 10 June 2011 by BestGlobal Enterprises Corp?

There is no denial from the management that some companies are eyeing to buy over the company, As such the potential is still there and it is up to you to believe that this will be materialised eventually. Come Tuesday, this counter will be very active.

I think that is the standard reply for most companies. Recently healthway also got same "rumours". Afterwards they gave same reply as oceanus and share price cannot make it anymore.

Those bought before the cheong at lower price may want to sell first to take profit if the opening price next tuesday still can earn.
Up to shareholders. If KKR sweetens the deal, I dun think it will be more than 20-30% over current offer. If u are holding these shares purchased above 40 cents,I suggest you hold on and pray for divine intervention.
Personally, offer price is a bit too low. Good luck to those vested.
