GMG CHIONG tomoro -Flash floods hit southern Thail

There's an article today, that sales of automobils in US increased, despite a slowing economy, ..it goes  to show the heavy dependence on vehicles, esp commercial vehicles like trucks, lorries, vans, as deliveries need to go on, rain or shine...thus demand for wheels, hence rubber, will remain strong, and the world's supply is not too elastic, unprredictable sometimes due to freak weather.

 

That's why cannot bounce.

Heard ML cut it's price objective. Probably better to wait and

see this round bottom out before entering. Good stock, but poor

macro conditions.

 

Be patient, hold and you will be rewarded. This is going to be a star.  Buy within yr means, dun  play contra.

 

its a good stock.. yet ppl selling it down...

As at now, 7.8 mil shares sold vs 800K bot, yet price fell only half cent, to  26. I can only conclude: accumulation in progress.

 

  na... if supply affected.. rubber prices will go up.

agree with Steadylar, I am sure someone will come out with

another positive report to buy.

Apologies, pls note errors  in my post: GMG's results were out Thurs (not Wed), and DBSV's  analysis was out as soon as the next day (Fri)  2.39pm.

look at  the  charts (daily & weekly), do they signal to sell?

 

yeah.. rubber prices will head north if there is a supply drop..

I wont be surprised if very soon another analyst come out  with a  BUY call. By the way, if i'm not wrong,  sinochem recently increased its shareholding  in GMG and also put in 2 veterans from sinochem into GMG's top executive team. GMG is in Net Cash position.

Feel very encouraged by the strong profit performance. Go GMG! Charge! Price was unfairly beaten down the last few mths. Bright prospects for rubber, giant (Sinochem) backing, strong management, cash rich, also good to keep some for the long term growth
