PSL is still cash rich. Half of the other profitable business is in trading and leasing of building equipment [similar to Tat Hong].
Also focusing on HDB upgrading of lifts and other engineering works. Since PSL is very well diversified, there is still a very bright potential of growth for this company. Singapore is experiencing higher growth rate for this year and 2011 and with more new citizens and PRs seeking homes, TARGET PRICE should HIT more than 50 cts ! ! !
Retreat...
Elephant move again. Beware.
Share prices has gone up on 19/4/2010 from 0.34 to 0.48 today. A very hefty but unwarranted 41% rise within 6 trading days. No good news (like Baker Tech news) to support the sharp rise. Hope SGX will query soon.
PSL is a piling and building foundation company (similar to BBR). FY 2009 profits dropped 49% to $7M. Analyst assessed company prospects for next 12 months as challenging. Need to exercise caution. Normally a thinly traded shares.
Hope it will break 0.50 next week...cheers !!
May test 0.5 again next week. Good Luck for those Vested.
Elephant move. Beware.
