They can buy UP all the shares and APPROVE the mOtiOn at the EGM.

y do u not think that they are silently accumulating slowly at 0.07? do take note that this stock has already moved up from lower levels because of this announcement. i think if u are familiar with the market, u can see ALOT of examples of companies giving very high div or cash distribution and they move very slowly upwards too and not immediately after the announcement and it is normally after the CD being announced. well, ignore this stock if u are not comfortable with it :)

ya for me, i also feel the shareholders want to cash out to and that is getting the cash distribution and not sell the shares. for the money not being there, the audit has been done and the independent financial adviser has supported this transaction. therefore not so much worries on that. anyway, do your own homework and buy only if u think it is worth the risks :)

look at this latest link available yesterday. they already got Kim Eng as the independent financial adviser and they have supported this transaction. and do not forget, they already got approval from SGX to remain listed. therefore, all procedures and checks are already done and approved. money is also there. last hurdle like i said is the shareholders approval. remember that this has already been announced last yr and only this mth they announced how much they will distribute after getting the money and doing the calculations. all in the circular. so this is not something new. anyway dont get vested if u are not convinced. for me, the risks and rewards are well worth it IMO. different individual risk appetite :)
tt means if buy nw @0.075, they shut down n thn pay me bck @0.08 .
0.08-0.075=0.005 returns..hmm, not confirm & haf to wait many mnths mayb..not very interestg.
wait divestment does it mean the compay is shutting down and they are just paying back the shareholders??
it makes no sense my thought maybe the major shareholders are trying to cash out by pretending there is such a good meal and when price go crazy and its over bought and when they have sold their shares den the have the money park it somewhere no one can touch (as in not associated with the company) and den said no money to pay dividends and insolvent and must delist immediately without offers. den all your hard earn money down the drain. Too good to be true.
My thoughts will now go read up on the company n try to judge now....above was just my immediate thoughts upon reading this. Think too much haha

and I don't know. Where got so good lah, buy the share
now at 0.075 and the co. pay u 0.08. The best part is
the share will still be traded after u collect yr 0.08.First
time I heard this in a listed co.Pl. check very carefully
before you put your $$$$$$.
This is as good as free lunch. I am still doubtful.
If the co. is going to pay u 8 cents per share, my
question is why are these ppl selling at 0.075.? These ppl
do take maths in schools, haha

just to clarify any doubts, the distribution is 8 cents! pls see the links for more information. any doubts on how the cash is raised and so on is all clarified inside. i already loaded huge on this so do your own homework :)
I've not gone to the link yet so maybe I'm wrong...but according to your posts.... the price of the stock is $0.07 and the cash distribution is 0.08cts which is equivalent to $0.0008. so the return is about 1.14%. Did we get confused by the $ and cts associated with the numbers??
in another word, even if the share price at its lowest possible value, with the cash distribution, there will still be at least 7% profit ...
this is definitely a fool proof way of earning $$$$$.
