国 务 院 办 公 厅 近 日 发 出 通 知 , 要 求 对 房 价 上 涨 过 快 的 城 市 , 人 民 银 行 当 地 分 支 机 构 可 根 据 城 市 人 民 政 府 新 建 商 品 住 房 价 格 控 制 目 标 和 政 策 要 求 , 进 一 步 提 高 第 二 套 住 房 贷 款 的 首 付 款 比 例 和 贷 款 利 率 。
银 监 会 副 主 席 蔡 鄂 生 指 出 , 二 套 房 贷 政 策 的 出 台 需 要 有 一 个 观 察 的 过 程 , 比 如 要 观 察 一 线 、 二 线 、 三 线 城 市 的 房 价 、 群 体 收 入 等 综 合 性 因 素 。

Yup, did not expect China government to have the new policy so fast, especially when the economy is picking up, it might hinder the growth. But currently will be still too early to see what is the final implementation until the meeting is over. Hopefully, there is no further shock.

Looks like property counters going to face challenges ahead
Looks Like today not only Singapore do badly for China property counter, China also the same.

继 2月 20日 出 台 “新 国 五 条 ”之 后 , 国 务 院 3月 1日 发 布 楼 市 调 控 细 则 , 该 细 则 指 出 , 进 一 步 提 高 第 二 套 住 房 贷 款 的 首 付 款 比 例 和 贷 款 利 率 ; 个 人 售 房 严 格 按 转 让 所 得 的 20%征 税 ; 各 地 新 建 商 品 住 房 价 格 控 制 目 标 一 季 度 公 布 ; 楼 市 调 控 不 力 省 级 政 府 将 被 问 责 ; 多 部 门 联 动 严 打 囤 地 捂 盘 哄 抬 房 价 房 企 。 由 于 后 续 各 地 方 政 府 仍 将 出 台 调 控 细 则 , 业 内 普 遍 认 为 , 这 一 调 控 过 程 或 将 从 3月 延 续 至 4月 。

The resale property will need to pay for 20% of the tax, thus many intend seller will hesitate to sell the house, and buyer might reconsider whether to buy the house, as property tax will be implement. More subsidies housing will be build for the poor, thus people might wait and reconsider whether to get the subsidies property or getting the private property which is really high compare to the subsidies one. As Yanlord is private property, thus it face strong challenge if more subsidies housing is being build and high property tax need to pay, since the property pricing is much higher, and 20% resale tax hinder buyer that is interested. And China property only have 60++years of lease.

Yanlord recent result do show better performance.
As for   “新 国 五 条 ”   think will not affect much on yanlord. 
China still got lots of area need development.
They plan to reduce the farming area and replace with high rise building.
To achieve better city life style, living standard and pay for the poor. 
Result is out and maintain good, but the risk is ahead with the new politic climate and “新 国 五 条 " issue by China, it is expected that the property market will be quite heavily hit. As mention previously in one of the post that I have already diversify all my share in yanlord, when the reversal trend appear at around 1.60++, Currently still watching carefully on the development of the property market.

And current corruption prevention also hinder the corrupted money to push up the property market. Currently the entertainment claim, I heard from last visit to the restaurant is 2k RMB per day, previously there is no limit for government sector. Thus multiple house own by government relatives scenario might disappear in future.
As mention in another post, my last trip observe too many new housing being build in Hainan, all half built, thus it is expected that the property market is over heat in China. and the housing rate don't seems to be quite high as the most block don't seems to be having light...

Base on cyclic nature of properties stock I hv no doubt it will hit back to 4dollars but not before another major dips.

Nine out of ten analysts are giving Yanlord Land Group (Yanlord) a hold or sell rating. However, in September 2011, I wrote in Shares Investment, that one may go long if the price crosses above its 100-day moving average (MA), which coincides with the chart pattern break out. I believe that when its FY2012 earnings results is out, they may upgrade their call. It has also broken above its long term downtrend line in February 2012. Furthermore, the trend line was tested again but failed to go lower in May 2012. Currently, it has broken above its prior resistance at $1.45, which now acts as a support. The next resistance is at $1.70 and $1.95. One may consider buying on dip at the support as the commodity channel index (CCI) has now dipped into the oversold region. The 20 and 40-day MA is sloping up indicating a potential uptrend move.

China’s stocks fell the most in a month after valuations for the benchmark index climbed to the highest level in 17 months and on concern the government may introduce measures to curb property prices next month.
“There’s been speculation that there will be more property tightening as home prices have not fallen,” Zhang Lei, an analyst with Minsheng Securities Co., said by phone from Beijing. “This talk is still making the rounds and there are expectations more measures will be announced. Stocks are also down after rallying a lot.”
China may introduce more policies to curb property prices before or after the National People’s Congress annual session next month, China Business News reported on 19 February, citing Xie Yifeng, head of the Asia-Pacific City Development Research Center’s real estate institute.
“There’s expectation for more tightening measures as property prices in some cities are still rising,” said Zhu Jixiang, an analyst at CSC International in Shanghai. In an effort to tighten the property market, the government has raised down-payment and mortgage requirements, imposed a property tax for the first time in Shanghai and Chongqing, and enacted home- purchase restrictions in about 40 cities.
In a report on 6 February, the central bank signalled inflation and the housing market remain concerns and said it will maintain a prudent monetary policy. One-year interest-rate swaps rose the most in four weeks on 19 February after the central bank drained funds from the financial system for the first time in eight months.
