Don't see why changing auditor is a bad news. ITs just regulation they need to report.
Anyways, remain vested as its making good efforts to expand its production.
My guess is as good as the rest, GOOD results expected.
From a Tech Analysis perspective, the RSI is on the upward trend - which means that price is probably going to rise.
And the Williams %R is < -50 ... so the price is currently not overbought yet.
Also has relatively high volume movement over the past month or so.. always a sign of market interest.
Possible buy I think.
The increase in capacity and cost reduction efforts should benefit China Paper. Further increase in capacity will be completed by Q1 06. In FY06, the full benefits of the expansion plan completed last year will become more obvious. There had been some negative news like change in auditor and sell by SSH that depressed that share price at current level. China Paper has scheduled to release result on 28th, and if the Q4 result is good, I believe the share price will surge to reflect it true value. I'm vested.
