Volume high and hit 1.12, but seem to be pull back time before it can hit higher. Question is what is the resistance level when pullback? Moving forward how is the market heading in general? US financials are still weak due to provisions for consumer loans so market may pull back further than expected. Pullback to $1?

Report from Credit Suisse dated 15 July...

Price Target: (12 months) for (AGRN.SI)
Method: Our target price of S$1.22 for Allgreen is at 20% discount (trough) to our FY10F Reappraised Net Asset Value (RNAV) of S$1.52. The
RNAV is calculated based on Allgreen's portfolio of assets in which a 5-6% capitalisation rate is applied for its commercial properties. For
residential properties, we estimate Net Present Value (NPV) of net profits from its residential properties based on our assumed take-up schedule
and selling prices over the next 10 years using an 8-10% discount rate.
Risks: The main risk to our target price of S$1.22 for Allgreen is that if the real estate market in Singapore particularly which the company are
present do not perform as forecasted and hence would lead to a downward revision to our RNAV assumptions and thereafter target price
revisions.

Allgreen Properties (99 cents) — Close to a breakout
Monday, 29 June 2009 15:54
Long-term indicators are intact. Annual momentum is rising, and 24-month ROC is only just turning up. The moving averages are also positively placed. Quarterly momentum is correcting, but its uptrend remains intact. And, during the corrective phase, which is still in force, volume has shrunk, which is all in order.

Short-term indicators, however, are falling. Stochastics is at the low end of its range while ADX has fallen to neutral levels. Resistance is at $1, and a successful breakout would trigger a resumption of the uptrrend. A break above $1 would indicate a target of $1.26. Support has been established at 92 cents.
