Rowsley fell on fears that its reverse takeover deal may be derailed.
"Market talk is that the deal may be dissolved," said a local dealer.
The company said a statement on Aug 26 that its takeover by a Chinese solar energy equipment maker Perfect Field Investment had been held up due to a "delay on the part of the target group in meeting certain expected production capacity milestones".
