Just to give you an eg. Del Monte was offered 0.45 cents exit price a few years back. After the offer close, due to bad market sentiment, share went all the way down to < 20 cents. Till today, it is still below water as compared to the exit offer...

Yea, but its unlikely that it'll fall beyond 355. Worst come to worst lose 0.05 + comm. No big deal
After the offer lapsed, it'll follow the market sentiment. so no guarantee that it'll move beyond $0.355. Buy only if you can afford to hold this counter for the longer term....
worth to bet on this share.u buy at 36cents offer 35.5cents.u lose less 1 cent if force offer take place.if offer lapse it most properly go back to 40cents n above.
this will TEST everyone's PATIENCE
Don't throw at this stage. We must be resilient and let the lousy cash offer lapsed

I just made a suggestiOn last Friday,
now sOmeOne really threw 5,000 share below S$0.355.
May be after this pOsting, more lOts will be thrOwn at S$0.355.

iF the PRiCE stays at USD0.360, GLENCORE Will nOt be LIKELY to DELIST ChemOil.
SPC was sOld below the CASH OFFER PRiCE tO allow for PROFIT to the BUYER.
At the same time PETROCHINA was on the BUY QUEUES DAILY to PiCK UP ALL the SELLING to BUYER.
iF ChemOil is SELLING at USD0.330, GLENCORE will be likely to DELIST it.
Chemoil indeed resembles a fast sinking ship now... It was just becoming a beauty... pathetic widow price
