It would be a great great new if some big institiute wants to take a pie in this sector (possible....). Anyway, could be these few news on the table:
1) RTO, JV and Merger???
2) Business development of more bio-mass plants either through building from scratch or through the conversion from a coal-firing plants.
3) $50 millions convertible loan notes being issues into shares at certain share price.
4) Further announcement in it's subsidiary spin-off...
2nd day of halt still no news... I hope it is something positive. The co. webpage is showing a lot of 2 directors purchases made in the month of Aug.

For the past few trading, all counters drop like 'Shit' due to the sub-prime issue. China enersave not spare too....perhaps the next good news will boost the stocks price like in the case of Bakertech...BTW, Next year onwards, the bio-mass plants will be contrbuting positively to the group earning/profit....Prospect looks very promising in the renewable energy sector, especially china government with great interest too...Who knows some popular institute fund may want a pie of the shares??? Anyway, next year is not far away now...

Related to IR again? perhaps... since a few other counters are up since rumour of new contracts for IR surfaced in the past 1-2 days.
Wonder why ? Good or no good. CEner has dropped since the subprime crunch.

Ya ! kena stuck at 17c, (never listen to my remisier). Q-ing to buy when mkt is down, doing the opposite of sell into strength.

On average, the $50 millions loan are most likely to be converted at the minimum price as set out in the agreement ~ 14cts...Even if the price of the friday closing is much higher and < 23cts, they will still be converted at the minimum price (do some calculation)...With dates closing on to the first production from it'd bio-mass plants and full revenue/profit from it's energy sector, Yima (100% holding now). This company is getting more and more interesting and definately worth much more a closer look...BBs will not wait for the results but will anticipate and start buying in...Downside looks very limited with great potential upside...mkt sentiment is weak, thus left with the BBs to collect slowly at a lower price. But as the dates get closer and ppl get sick of all the subprime and credit issue in US, don't think they will wait as others will too loadup this to be part of this 'Big Pie' business....

Cenersave directors have been constantly buying in from the open market before / in-between the meltdown of the market. As saying: "only those working within the company knows what's exactly going on"...The act of the 2 directors could indicate more goodies on the way...The recent meltdown of the stock mkt globally-wide had poised good selldown reasons, not to say about the good prospect-looking company like Cenersave and others. Now that FED is doing something and will be more to help stabilizing the US mkt, global-wide financial mkt will get a lift too...
Remember, the company is targeting at 20 Biomass plants by end of 2010, which means 17 more plants to be built from scratch or conversion through a coal-firing plant. The first 3 plants are on-track to contribute revenue starting next year or so. It will not be a surprise that the company will announce several biomass plants to be built in batches or at a-go to achieve the target. Potentially, a company with huge growth and likely to attract more foreign fund to participate...
More bid buying then ask (selling) price and one final x done after 5pm at 13.5c.
