Thanks Eastonbay for the posting.  Growth potential for SC shd be good with its foothold in Macau and more cruise liners serving more markets?    Good luck to all those who are vested. Guts' feeling that it shd break out very soon - the sky is the limit?    

 

sometimes business man will do anything to get a foothole in those places where they cannot penetrate, profitability is then not so much of an issue. SH wanted a pie in Singapore IR, but probably didn't realise that it didn't pan out the way he wanted. Similary he is trying to get into US gaming industry and is currently running into little 'problem' with legislation there. Don't forget this man is the richest man in Macau... losing tiny $$ is not an issue for him.

 

Dont' get me wrong, I'm vested and surely want this to fly sky high!!!

Thanks for your interesting post. If it's that easy to predict the direction of any share, most of us will become rich overnight.  It's the same for  SC.  Just because SC is not profitable in some quarters does not mean that it  will bleed FOREVER, without any hope of an upturn. Why has Stanley Ho invested in SC -  to  lose all his money?  There are shares whose companies are profitable, yet  the shares dip or remain stagnant for ages.  A share often rises in anticipation of the company's potential to become profitable.

 

Read some where in between the line Genting w/ IR- 82c plus, plus, w/o TR- 56c, so how SC isit the same as.. or not the same,. SC got S.Ho, hoot ahh..., can hoot SC Tua tua liao....those boy up 44c/45c might long oredi took profit liao, now buy up again 28c liao.. "SiBo" 

 

Coupled with  SC's investment in Macau, and  crude oil prices receding from peak prices, SC shd turn around in the next few quarters(Just as it had been profitable in a few quarters in the past, its future performances shd not be any different).  Just have to be  patient with SC for a  while, and trust the two brokers' TA , yeh!

Now, with the IR stripped from it, the short term prospect will probably be that GI will pay SC a more than fair price for its stake.....when this is announced, SC's price will probably get a short term boost as the gains from the sale will help to reduce its bottomline losses.
However, SC will still need to stem the bleeding from their US cruise business before any meaningful price uptrend can be expected.


Well, GI did make a generous offer to SC for their stake in SIR....SC price did shoot up prior to the announcement, and now is seems to be finding a level that commensurates its value.



This is the 'real wise man' speaking...ha ha ha!!!

FYI: Today those BBs dealing, closed at 0.28c, so is retailers, any help from TA expert, can help..something more positive will do, happy vesting  

 

SC has been cruising along  for the past few trading sessions.  Likely to break out and "cruise"  to  new heights  soon, according to two brokers , based on TA. Jump onto the cruise liner now before it chugs merrily merrily away!

 

SC shd be shooting to the stars soon coz' of the Macau investment and the buyout by GIL. Operators will pounce on the "unwary"  investors in the queue to sell once the buying up momentum starts..

 

hmmm...good counter to watch out for now...seemed to be bottoming out for now...looks pretty attractive to me...

 

Appears to be on the verge of another "one-day" wonder surge so that shares at low prices may be mopped up.     The  25% buyout by GIL shd be positive for SC's bottomline.

 

Based on SC closing price and volume today, it shd recover very soon to its glorious past, sooner than later.  Remember the one-day wonder  surge on Friday 23 March?  It will surge upwards to catch "wary" investors unawares.

What you can do just setting your Window as such Chinese character is readable, while you post to me Hanyu pinyin to me is okay. Please be noted, almost all type of Window programme now is Chinese character readable.

It's such a pity my PC is unable to display any Chinese characters.

If you can post in "hanyu pinyin" , it will be so wonderful...

because I adore reading your brief , but  confident posts... :)
