ok....i gota change my mind....really getting a bit ridiculous on the pricing..i just sold mine at 1.77....about 3k plus profit..i'm happy with it...mite buy in if it drops to 1.6+

its NAV Is just 1.30, see the power of market can bring it high to 1.78

Its not about the yield, there are many plans to double the reit size to more than double within next 4-5 yrs, so I see slot of growth in this counter...if you're short of cash for short term punting, sell it, but if u're a long term investor, hold on to it, it'll be like the next CMT as we saw for the past few yrs, going up slowly but surely. Capitaland has a good track record and experience on reits, and I trust this counter will do much better than CMT as the opportunity scope is much much wider in China. And why I'm so confident about this counter? coz I've got 5 lots of this counter, you should know why by now.... *wink*
