Despite price fall, A/D and Chaikin are trending up on the back of strong vol. RSI is down though......

Apprec TA interpretation.

Tks.

Yah, no panic here, just 20¢ down. I believe no one will panic if it is 20¢ up...just joking.

Thanks Shplayer for your comment and overview of this counter. When I looked at the result for 2006, 58.5¢ EPS and current trading price is 8.7 PE looks attractive. However, see closer, there was an exceptional gain which if taken out, the EPS ia about 21.6¢ which will translate into 25 PE. With PE 25 is a little over stretch, I agree with you. How naive I was thinking I got a bargain and jump into the wagon...hahaha. Well, I went in for 2 lots only, lets see how optimistic the market is. I will stay til divvy to decide to stay or exit! It's good to have people like you in this forum to discuss such matter. Appreciated!

idesa168,

Based on data from FY06 and forecast estimate of FY07, current SCI price looks quite stretched.

It will be interesting to see the impact of the Fujiarah project on SCI's financials when they announce 1Q07 result......perhaps the market's expectation is optismistic.

Usually stock price will correct to reflect xd......more or less than 28cts will depend the market's sentiment at that time and the company's outlook.

In this market, anything is possible.

Thanks Patseow. Did I get it wrong that the divy is 2.8¢ instead of 28¢? Which translate to $28.00 per lot instead $280.00 per lot?

I am looking at $6.90. EPS 58¢ and PE 12X. Hope I am not too ambitious.... Looking at Keppel Corp, I was eyeing that burger when it was $7.50 and waiting for it come down a little before my entry. It did not, but went all the way to $19.90, while I am writing this. I am not going to let this fellow run away this time. Wish me luck, ok!

Maybe still bullish and probably still on uptrend but some signs of weakness are showing. The chaikin oscillator has been dropping for last 5 days.

hahaha...

I think for nickyng, he will short when it is 'dangerously high'.

But be careful... only act in tandem with the Big Boys (by watching the technicals) and hitch a ride... :)

It is just touching the upper bollinger band... good sign. Bullish indeed.

nickyng, I'm glad that you exited with little loss! Just be cautious when shorting a counter that is on an uptrend.  cheers!
