vested at 3.340. Target price 3.5. Think it's announcing its result on 10 may 07. Tom 27 Apr Singpost announcing its result..pray both will cheong arrrr.....
There will soon come a time when money will be made by just "whacking on any stock"... :)
Singtel looks good now.... may have its reversed from its lowest recent point on 30 March.
Acc/Dist and CHaikin charts show uptrend and its crossed the upper bollinger band.
Agree with jipuo1.... TA charts don't look very positive
Moving average still shows a downtrend.
Font of these words seem too light, therefore, better to use bold.
Same opinion as iPunter. Looks like a breakout anytime if the STI don't goes limp today. MACD ticking up and Stochastic breaking up too. Trade with care and at your own risk though.
Peace
Last few mins of yesterday, strong buying.
Actually, I am thinking of entering SingTel now...
Cautious... may still be on slow downtrend
Singtel on downtrend as predicted

caution on singtel. being heavily punted and sold down by the BBs. Don't get caught in cross fire.
agree with happy seah abt the support level. 3.04 was its lowest. if goes below that, can consider cutting.
Very strong support at $3 - $3.02. If broken, strongly advised to take profit/cut losss 1st for this counter...
New CEO was announced back in Sept. She is Chua Sock Koong, and takes over from April. Not new to the organisation, been CFO since 1999. Given that, she knows the business but faces the challenge of maintaining growth in an increasingly competitive regional market.
The first challenge is maintaining profitability in their core markets which are Singapore and Australia. The second challenge is consolidating their position in their mobile operators that they currently hold stakes in.
.
I was thinking Singtel being so called govt-linked will allow it's share price to drop so drastically without doing anything? I believe it will do something to hold the price at some support level either by selling off assets to raise money to buy back from shareholders?
In Spore specifically, companies deemed to have some government linked are touted to be stable blue chip stocks with the ability to weather storms in a bearish condition.
I believe this downturn is temporary due partly to that son leaving but after that to rise up if the market turns slightly bullish. For me I will hold on to my discounted Singtel shares unless the day when lightning strike is no longer in power will I consider selling :)

Yep... agree with elf... be cautious with Singtel. Seems to have embarked on a TA downtrend since early Feb
