the rotating ad is 30 sec only, so 1 cents per ad maybe possible. to assume all the 2b minutes are taken up by ad are unlikely.
everyday, u see the ad advertisers counts going up will give u the confidence for mediaring talk. Q1 results should speak, til then decide whether to sell or not

so if rev 1 cents per min, easily US20m for 2b min
Our voice traffic minutes continue to be robust and reached a record high. In each
quarter of FY2008, we recorded higher voice traffic minutes than the corresponding
period the previous year and ended the year with close to 1.3 billion minutes, an
increase of 15%. See Graphs Below

DBS calls on MediaRing Talk

- DBS advertises on MediaRing Talk
- Hopes to tap into 1m China users
- Campaign includes banners and skin formats

- In a bid to reach the China market DBS has launched a campaign on
MediaRing Talk, a new advertising platform targeting web-based phone
users which has over half of its 1.8 million users from China.
The campaign runs on banners and skin formats until the end of March, and is the company's third big advertiser since
Singapore Airlines in July last year.
MediaRing
Talk is a leading VoIP service provider in Asia, where advertisers can
buy placement on the skin of its display panel which appears when users
make a call as well as letting companies place ads on the display
itself. Placements are sold by the minute with one placement (for one
minute), plus two rotating banners costing US$0.05.
In December,
MediaRing Talk appointed PurpleClick Media as its authorised advertising sales representative for SE Asia.
DBS recently changed its creative and media agency alignment to Euro RSCG and MPG respectively.
it's not linear; it will be exponential once u have tis critical mass as applicable to tech.
The problem is its penetration and understanding its usages to vast global market simply too slow! Please revamp its marketing team!
