About six months ago I posted that this was going below 5 cents. Now at 4 cents, I still see no bottom. Likely go below 3 cents now. Sentiments also further hit by so many excutive directors quiting or selling out.

Giving the ex-ceo 400 million available shares to sell in open market was a very very bad idea.

of course not !!! I am just give you an example, with the current price of S$0.041, his shareholding worth S$7.3 million.
at what price he dispose? you can roughly guess, just go to the SGX announcement, check the date he dispose, most likely in the range from 0.052 to 0.042... but then, how much he got the price initially, I don't know.

looks very likely .he has dispose much of his stack .
likely to dispose all . shareholders had voted him out .
You mentioned at $0.041 price. Does this means he got his share at $0.041?
If this is so, unlikely he will share his share below this price?

At 11.03 am there was a deal struck at 4.5 cents for 760 lots.

but then this was some time ago.
hes been dumping for sometime already.
i believe that the next annoucement he would have fewer shares . retail has been buying up alot of his shares recently .... supply has therefore increase while demand remains
at the same time the 20 big investors invested after june, july etc, therefore when they paid 7.2 cents per share and its 0.41 now. and they hold a significant portion of the company issued shares now ....therefore RMB exchange rate also need to X5 therefore . oceanus should be pretty cash rich i think.
think of it as 7 dollars 20 cents put in by alot of people in a black bag . and all you need to do is put in 4 dollars and 10 cents and then average out the sum.
1. You got good Bargain
2. You got company desperate to turn around
3.it was 0.45 cents worth last time
4.without the disaster , would it possible to accumulate this cheap
5.CNY is nearly here.any good news will spark a tremendous abalone stock buying frenzy
6 As in the financial reports , some abalones are not caged and not accounted for. therefore its likely financials might start improving
7.expectations of poor performance gives it a buy as i like to own a black bag where SMART people has put in that much worth per share. and im putting in cheaper
8.For stocks,Buy low sell high. its the fundamental. this is an opportunity

Need abalone king to do sharebuyback in large amounts.
