Had a quick read.   Yeah thanks for the caution .... can lose your pants if caught on the wrong side of bet in a big price movmt.

How liquid is the CFD market, I mean if you need to close your posn is it easy to find a sufficient pool of counterparties to liquidate? Or I don't have to worry about it as my broker will underwrite at the prevailing price of underlying stock?

pick up some today seems market start to recovery...actually i wanted to pick up below 80 cents but seems no easily...hope can earn some coffee money in the coming week...i also pick up cosco and ezra as well....

It is not positive news.

The China Government are not going to increase the speed of house building, they are now putting a lot of emphasis to safety now just like HSR to prevent " BEAN-CURD Projects" .

With inflation at so high, the Chinese will cut down spending.

Housing prices need to be affordable for people to come out and spend.
