seems enthusiasm still very high for physical properties .....
the run-up in capitaland seems to hint that the sentiments may have turn positive for the physical property market ?
Whilst many probably at the sideline for physical property prices to come down ..... however, if owners have good holding power & refuse to sell at lower prices, the market may turn out with another surprising pent-up demand ..... and thus, a probable further price increase .....
solid move ...

2nd phase of bull probably in formation ..... trading actions seems to show that 2.61 is a strong support ..... will continue to observe .....
US shrugging off euro woes .....
Looking at the possible opening bid-ask, will DBS open 13.65 ? If it will, then the major bellweather will possibly open with big gap up ?
Big time shortists betting on the wrong side ? Then may likely see tua tua rally due to tua tua short-covering .....
