oooo too long never play RIGHT liao.
Yo any one here can help refresh ??
If current Raffles EDU Right < per lot> is selling online at 0.24.
And Raffles Edu (non-right counter) < per lot> is selling at 0.39.
The profit is $150 right ( excluding deduction of broker fee).
Emm is it???
Today was ex-rights.
I bought at 37 cents and sold off at 37.5 cents today... Took revenge on the loss of commission I incurred on this counter a few weeks ago when it cheong up to 42 cents range...
This counter I won't hold as I am unimpressed by its financial results thus far.

I don't see any catalysts for this stock to go higher unless some take over news.

Mr Oei added more to his positions today.
Seriously speaking, i think the price may continue to climb for the time being.
There are so many players in the stock market...
That's why newbies must not " sng-sng" with stocks...

if u carefully google search these big bosses, by name, u will find they r also speculators like us the only difference is tat when they buy they make noise n when they dump they dump quietly. be careful

P
OWER BITES – Food for thought Singapore Co. Reg No: 198700034E MICA (P) : 090/11/2009 9 February 2012Each time the tycoon buys into a company, a group of people will follow suit, seemingly thinking that Mr Oei has an uncanny ability to drive shares higher. Well, there have been many such instances, if history is anything to go by. It happened when Mr Oei bought shares in companies such as Natsteel, Tung Lok, Super Group and the former Bil International (now GuocoLeisure). A more recent example was the subscription for shares in United Envirotech. Admittedly, the 20% or so increase in the share price was a comparatively milder response to that of IPC Corp. Incidentally, we note that Mr Oei’s other holdings also include a 3.5% stake in Raffles Education Corp. Could his " Midas touch" also have anything to do with the recent run-up in the share price of this counter? Tycoon with the Midas touch – The share price of Singapore property developer IPC Corp has almost doubled from $0.122 two days ago. This came after property tycoon Oei Hong Leong raised his stake in the company from 19.7% to 23.4%, leading to speculation of a possible takeover. Formerly an IT company, IPC recently invested in a business hotel in Japan at a cost of S$15.3m. At the current share price, the stock still trades at about 16% discount to its book value.

to average down to say 0.50cent, mr oei will need to buy more shares than last collection.
about 3% to 4 % more add his stake to 9 to 10%
Even big boys make mistake but they can afford to average down or up ... thus swallowing small fish along the way

For many, this counter is really " ho tarn" in the past week... " jia buay liao" ...

Mr Oei just brought 1.35% @ 0.325 (11.55million shares) but 3.51% (29.9 million shares) he brought
at higher price  years ago ,do not believe he will sell them below 0.60cents.
there is also a deemed stake of 1.28%(10.95 million share).
we talking about 52.5 million shares to sell out without anybody notice volume trading.
not so easy thing to do.
