Yr calculation is not correct.

Pl. show 1 more time how u arrive

to make $30. Brokeage, clearing, etc.

I remember got 1 time i apply 200 lots for a strong IPO. And i get only 5 lots! Puiii!!! I  throw away on the first day at 9.05am and lost some broker fees. From that day onward, i never apply for IPO, I want i just buy in open market as many as i like. They give me 5 lots for what!!! Puiii!!!

Yeh, they only know how to make money from Singaporeans pocket, but in overseas investment .........ai........... no comment !

Mapletree Commercial Trust, the owner of properties including Singapore’s VivoCity shopping mall, said investors placed orders for 8.38 times the number of units available in its initial public offer.
The company offered 682.1 million units at $0.88 apiece. The sale is subject to an over-allotment option of as much as 101.5 million units, the trust said in a regulatory filing.

ANNOUNCEMENT

26 April 2011

As at 31 March 2011, MIT’s investment properties are valued at S$2,197.1 million. This represents a revaluation gain of S$102.0 million

Post revaluation, the net asset value and aggregate leverage based on 31 March 2011 balance sheet will be S$0.95 per unit and 36.1% respectively.
– In compliance with Monetary Authority of Singapore " Code on Collective Investment Schemes Appendix – 2 Property Funds" and for the purpose of reporting (Singapore GAAP Financial Reporting Standard 40), Mapletree Industrial Trust Management Ltd. (" MITM" ), as manager of Mapletree Industrial Trust (" MIT" ), wishes to announce that the latest independent valuations (" Valuations" ) on MIT’s investment properties have been completed and are effective as at 31 March 2011. 1 as compared to the previous valuations as at 31 August 2010. The Valuations (summarised in Appendix A) will be reflected in the financial statements of MIT for the financial year ending 31 March 2011.
