i think he meant General Offer (GO). Like example another company makes an offer above current share price to buyover Ying Li.

Government order?like they bid for something to be built? hmmm normally build for government its e lowest bidder get one. well at least got project. nowadays very quiet no news no pic of new project being built. like that next few years earning dangerous
Is it meant Government Order? anyway these so called s-chips con too many times to retail investors, be carefull.
