| SSH Corporation - Buys land next to existing premises Serene Lim, 21 Jun 2007 SSH Corporation will be buying a piece of property from Acma Limited for S$6.25 mln cash. It is located at 17 Jurong Port Road, next to its own premises at 19 Jurong Port Road. It has an area of 20,834.7 square metres of leasehold estate under a 60-year lease by Jurong Town Corporation, which swtarted on 1 June 1976. The agreement between SSH and Acma provides that the former will lease 6,867.7 square metres to Acma until 30 May 2027 for a rent of S$2.06 mln. The stock was last done at S$0.35. |
Met with an accident with a senior service engineer from ssh yesterday (my car hit his car's bumper and had a private settlement today with S$569.91. Fortunately, no damage on my car). Heard from him this company is great !
and also pohtc which also synergise with my rotary core holdings.
Vested today at 0.355. will keep a short s/l for this counter. buying it to synergise my holding of rotary.
I have raised my own personal target from 0.35 to 0.38. Mid-term goal.

Big fish just swallowed 31.5c and now going for 33c. the execution is great as no movement between 32-32.5c. Just my 6 c.....

Green today! Up 1.5c to 32c with 28m ++ traded. Should keep up momentum on Friday. Aqua Terra owns 28.4% of SSH.
