For REIT, it is best to hold on as when the economy cools and interest rate drops, the prices of REIT will go up. also with dividend play in the picture, it can be used as a form of passive income. unless you are tryinf to speculate on REIT, i suggest other stocks are better.

Where ppl who hold on to it whether is one lot or ten lots, vested holder r aollow to purchase through ATM machine, execise placement share of one lot (1,000 share) at $1.68 cts, so it mean making $$$ liao, since it has traded higher to touch $1.99 and d recommention px oso has gone up to say it now $2.25 cts, so sort of hold it, hold it.

UBS said it has raised its target price for to $2.25 on the prospects of higher rental growth following CCT's recent acquisition of Raffles City.



"CapitaCommercial Trust offers the highest exposure to the Singapore prime office market," UBS said in a client note.



UBS said it now expects rental growth of 10-15% for 2006-2008, and rents at CCT's key buildings to reach $5.0-7.0 per square foot per month by end-2008.
