i like PL. his " rags to riches" story. i like his style. BUT, if property / township / industrial zone development (whatever u call it) is so Profitable in Malaysia, why aren't PL's Malaysian VVIP friends / partners doing it too(in a large scale) ? If you notice, tycoons in Singapore and HK  usually make from 1. property 2 shipping ..etc

But in Malaysia , you observe that the tycoons there made $ not commonly from property, but from 1. plantations 2. commodities 3. utilities & power 4. telcos 5. gaming ...etc but seldom property

PL already so comfortable as a billionaire. His " large-scale" investments in property, township development in Johor is too daring, like Poker , it is like All-In with only a As high.
