Is a piece of good news to bring the company back in the black. Now 100% concentrate on property sector.
NTA B4 disposal is US$ 0.89c, after disposal is US$ 10.8 cents.
It intended that the net proceeds of approximately RMB 494m ( S$74m) after taken into account those expenses incurred for this disposal, reinvested into Group's operations for it property development and/or property investment businesses.

downside shd be limited to 3 cents while upside shd face resistance ard 11 cents. So shd be quite safe at this price. But during bull season, u should not wait too long lo...what if it dun move?
Have been stabilizing around 0.085 - 0.095 cents.I think is time to move upwards.

They are more or less 100% into property ... Hope to see it goes up to 15.5 cents soon.and perhaps 20 cents..It has surged way above the MA 25,50 days etc and MACD & RSI is still favourable..

Recently they just issued rights at $0.06 and the price has gone up. The director has also purchased quite a nos. of share . I think is going up ...May be can see $0.10...
I hold huge paper loss to this counter as my average cost price is Sgd. 0.15 roughtly. Will start money cost averaging again when the price drops to say Sgd. 0.04 or below!
