LOL..propose to change mgt or curtail the power of current by introducing new exec directors or ceo lor..

But vested pple only concern with market price and not the mgt of the company. Will kbkp a lot in forum, but will not raise hand in support of positive change...

What to do... mati together or cut loss lor... decide for yourself...

Even Iso.. talk so much, ..disappeared in  troubled times .... so convenient and practical....  sad......

Hope this post will  give an idea of newly vested  ipco members in the future, if they bother to read the history of this thread.

If Ipco had sold the so-called 200 million shares, at above 10 cents, it could have netted roughly 20 million Singapore bucks, with no hassle as the shares are traded off from Ipco's sale of 100 percent in DCSB, a pte company.   Anyone knows what is this DC Sdn Bhd doing? Did Ipco lost out or made a gain from the sale received in shares?   Sellling off a pte company for the shares of a listed company and still didn't sell the shares for money,.. even how stupid anyone could be, he would sell at least half and still have $10 million cash to enjoy.

On 16 February 2011, the Group?s wholly-owned subsidiary, Dimensi Cita Sdn Bhd entered into a Conditional Sale and Purchase Agreement (?S& P Agreement?) with Innopac Holdings Ltd, a company whose shares are listed and quoted on the Main Board of the SGX-ST, whereby Innopac acquired from Dimensi 100% of the issued an d paid-up ordinary shares capital of Enigma Venture (M) Sdn. Bhd. for a total consideration of S$2,000,000.00

Upon completion of the transaction on 10 April 2012, the Company received 200,000,000 new ordinary shares of Innopac at S$0.01 per share as full settlement of the consideration based on the S& P Agreement. At the time this represented 9.89% of the total number of Innopac?s issued shares.

If price of ipco reacts adversely to the poor results, can nibble some.

Ipco 2Q results (30/10/13) could be very ugly - should be announced before mid-Dec .

Expect to see substantial write-down of its Financial assets (Blumont, Innopac & others). After fair value adjustment, its bottomline & NAV will take a big hit. So far no profit warning issued yet. DYODD

What BigMama mentioned is correct. IPCO had 2.1m shares of Innopac at $0.01

With such bad sentiments in the market, it looks like it might really touch 0.019/0.018

However knowing that Dato / Edward and other shareholders bought it at $0.02, It will be interesting to see if they will try to jump in as a white knight anot to try to save their investments frm tanking below their purchased price

Current price is worse than that in the beginning of this year when the toxic notes were selling.

Cannot imagine vested holders will sell at this  price if they did not cut earlier at higher price.

Maybe an illusion created by sharks.

Anyone, to those genuinely vested,  DOYDD, and dun rely too much on what is posted here.

As there are postings with ulterior motives at various price level.

Just find it very sad that pple has to degenerate to this level to earn  a buck.

when BID is 2.

Likely some holders will cut at 1.9 and it falls.

Next would be that magic number that cannot fall one and unlikely to do so at 1.8.

ONLY way would be UP . BUT will take a long time break before it does.

Better not contra. or get stuck   and hold   and wait long long seriously.

BID que is 1.9.   If some holders let go at 1.9. it would slide down to 1.8 close.

BUT I highly doubt that it would go below 1.8.

So 1.8 should be the lowest. Of the lows for IPCO.

Best price to get on and wait for the UFOs. arrival.

Its real this time.

Well, if these pple hold, there must be a reason for it.

It is just sad to notice thru the postings  that most pple view the shares as a zero sum game.

This is  not necessarily true,  for if the company is making good profits and growing shareholders gain regardless of  time of entry.

The current mgt may be less than desirable but it is sad to note that instead of positive   actions, forum supposedly vested pple choose otherwise.

If anyone bothered to search the records, ipco did not lose money on blumont n inno, as the shares were acquired at ridiculous low price.

The perceived loss is the high price then n current low price difference. But bottom line, no actual real loss.

Sentiments  are negative  and hence the weakness. Buy sell at own decision...
