I am afraid, it is not a good and wise idea. It is simply one sided, short vision and non based on mutual benefit and long term development of the company business operation progress. It is unfair to all the majority party, especially the main owner of the Company. My own personal suggestion: please kindly drop this kind of non-implemented and feasible idea.

Today the boss I supposed buy again at 8 cents ? EGM can ask them better delist this company and pay aus back 20 cents lah....whole years only buy/sell by him only.....Mr Hulumas you make this proposal all will second you hor !!
Please come on coming China Jishan's EGM on 22nd November 2012 at 10 a.m. Novotel Singapore Clarke Quay, Mace Room level 5, 177A River Valley Road, Singapore 179031. You may ask your related question/s and getting the formal answers, I suppose.

Best is to delisl this share,\and pay us back than this is a potential...boss recently buy at 10.5~11 cents, so won't go lower than this price if delisted..
I think 1 of the SGX requirements to have certain amount of trading vol
per yr. in order to stay listed.
