SELL/SHORT into strength i would say :)
anytime now news will come up that they partner with the new 2 broadband operators or virgin to bid for last spectrum. for full integration of mobility, they need a 3G. let dream it happen...

Even Paramount did not take up the right, they have to announce also becos their holding will be halve to around 6.6%.
last 3g spectrum still on??? auction in sep to oct. allocation by end nov
I was at the EGM , the chairman mentioned he respresent some proxies to vote for and against.
I notice he acted as proxy to vote for, the number of shares were very substantial and quantity matched the share holdering of Paramount, unless there is another big shareholder besides Paramount.
Anyway why no announcement from Paramount ?
