i think most people here can get good decent tv signals using antennae. my location is all surrounded by mainly tall concrete buildings in the southern part of singapore. but tv signal via antenna is ok for me.

i read there are other ways to watch live via internet, like subscribing $12.99 to OfficialTVstreams.Com

looks like there are options available out there. try it but don't blame anyone if it don't meet your expectation.

DJ bright, Local optimistic trade's result, HSI n NK didn't stir shit over the weekends, so far.

Can't do much. Under the current Market buoyant sea. If had stopped sail earlier, much relak liao.

If consider to stop sailing now, look at your junk status first and consider the risk later, whether  it can withstand the unpredicted storm ahead, on the way to destination. Will feel ease if anchor it for maintenance. And set sail again after the rough sailing season.

Ha ha, if nothing in hand to busy about, lets join the celebratory mood of the WC season.

Catches d free live screening at Restaurants, Pubs, coffee shops & even CCs. Check d below for more details. Happy WC season, commences tonite, SA Vs Mx at 2200. Can hv warm-up Live Tele S League at 1925, SAF Vs Niigata. All in Ch5. Free Carlsberg n wines at home only.

i'm prepared for all they dirty tricks. My $35 tv antenna ready to receive all world cup matches foc, courtesy of indonesia and malaysia broadcasters. Now, the indonesian and malaysian broadcasters get more eyeballs, meaning they get more tv adverts $$$.

Last WC, starhub deliberately blured the channel and claimed that reception was poor. You just wait and see their dirty tactics.Smiley

thank u, beruangface. i attach your schedule here for easy ref.

By the way, those people with basic cable subscription to starhub already can watch TV1. So, the additional subscription (paying more $$$) is just to enjoy the football commentary in english. Well, for those who have basic cable subscription with starhub, just switch to Channel 118 for watch TV1. Don't waste money unnecessarily.

When properly adjusted by positioning, these UHF antennas

(usually those small round-shaped wire loop type) give very clear reception.

If one lives near to the north and has no building obstructions, it is even more clear...

Remember when TV3 (RTM1) just started, this was the rave here?

As for the HDB roof wall antenna outlets, it is does not give clear reception of TV3. Smiley

TV1 is RTM1 which is available from the TV antenna sockets in HDB units.

There are only 3 matches on TV2. So can sacrifice these 3 matches.

Sorry for those 6% who subscribed to the Telcos.

Today, jalan jalan around electronic shops downtown. Indoor TV antennaes are among recent best sellers. Stocks running low, so hurry. These antennas go for only $35 each. Imagine the early bird singtel/starhub subscription costs you $70 and $90 after the early-bird promo. With no risk, your antennae investment already give you a 100% return. If you factor in future world cups in 2014, 2018, where you don't have to pay the telcos, your investment will have turn into multi-baggers.

All the savings we can better use for trading profits. Don't let the telcos fool you with "It's only one dollar a match only mah." Next time round in 2014: "Hey dudes, it's only $2 a match only mah." Please don't forget, we only paid $10 for the 2006 world cup. So, how in the world it becomes $70? Doesn't take a rocket scientist to tell you the telcos screw up and now pass the shit problem to the consumers.

Relax, no offence intended in my comments. I can't wait for the great games to start. So let's all enjoy and not let the mistakes of the telcos spoil our mood.

I am amateur in predicting football scores. So the first match between South Africa and Mexico, should i bet on a 2-2 draw?  any suggestions?
