Alternate view of the S&P500 action. Note that main trend is down, so not betting against it.

Pretty interesting times. HSI & Shanghai were up. Lets see if Shanghai can break 3000 tomorrow. Meanwhile, US markets are reaching a crucial juncture. Will we go up from here, or break down. Here's todays outlook:

Just my personal views, i could be wrong.
Are we at the start of wave 3 in the S&P500?
It's possible, but this evidence found in a comparative study of US and China suggests otherwise:

Any views?
Big drop! Direction was right, underestimated the magnitude. Latest SPX chart:

HangSeng broke below previous lows, Shanghai holding up better. Would be interesting to see if Hang Seng reaches the H&S pattern 19000 target suggested earlier. Will Shanghai touch 3050, or decline to 2700? Stay tuned!

Alright, this one's a difficult call. Rally or Rollover for the S&P500? Here's my view:

Shanghai approaching resistance at 3020.
While we wait for direction, here's a question:
Why is it better to trade only high volume markets?

It was a down day as suggested. Expecting a push down in the US mkts today, before a rally up into the weekend.
