Went in and bought some from $0.095-$0.098 as co is still in the black since its ipo..despite its gross /net profit margin continus to drop..worst is probably over,the loss of over > 100mil due to its employees,sinotel has recovered some and co managed to hold AGM finally despite several delays & extensions by SGX..AGM for FYE 21Dec 2011,will be held at Warren Golf & Country Club on 7Nov 2.30pm
Still in the black since ipo in 2007..

Come to live with high vol...limited downside from here but must be patient
Ytday when i commented was only 0.162cts today at 0.205cts with high vol..matter of time they will push to at least 28cts that s where all big shareholders got stuck with and 55cts that's the pte placement to fund managers when Sinotel was trading at 70cts

Sinotel posts 3.5% dip in 1Q net to $5.3m
Sinotel Technologies, the provider of wireless telecommunications infrastructure and solutions in China, says net profit attributable to equity holders fell 3.5% y-o-y for the first quarter ended 31 March 2011 (1Q11) to RMB27.7 million ($5.3 million).
This despite group revenue rising 40.3% to RMB166.1 million underpinned by continued demand for wireless telecommunication products and services in China.
Compared to the same period a year ago, gross profit margin for 1Q11 declined to 24.8% (1Q10: 38.2%), due to higher revenue contribution by the sales of wireless equipment and system integration projects which commanded lower margins than wireless infrastructure projects such as indoor and outdoor installations.

Technical Comment from The Edge - Testing the top range of the base formation.
Short term resistance at 37 cents and a successful breakout from this 4 times tested neckline will see prices move to 45 cents.
Near term support at 34 cents.

Large vol traded on Dec 14,probably its largest client-china mobile voted most preferred brand in CHINA..> upside expected and limited downside as Chairman himself bought at 34cts first time since it was public listed...
