do not look at the surface (just 10% yield now)...but the "undervalued" industrial properties it has now (now valued very conservatively)....it will benefit through Singapore GDP recovery (from negative to positive next year)

But....it is a over over leverage company that has taken up too much debt. Can it take another econ shock ?

Just be care.....

buy and hold now for the next few months is my advice...ironically, we do not buy share when the share price tell (meaning it is already fully valued)....instead, we will need to buy share when the share price does not tell (undervalued)....will need about a few months for it to tell....good luck :)

Use of Proceeds from the AMP Capital Investment and Cornerstone
Investments
Singapore, 18 December 2009 – Further to its announcement made on 30 November 20092,
MacarthurCook Investment Managers (Asia) Limited (the “Manager”), as manager of
MacarthurCook Industrial REIT (“MI-REIT”), is pleased to announce that a further S$8.6 million out
of the gross proceeds of S$62.0 million from the AMP Capital Investment and the Cornerstone
Investments (the “Placements”) has been used to (i) repay JPY 500.0 million (equivalent to S$7.8
million) of the JPY Term Loan and to (ii) fund transaction-related costs of S$0.8 million.
The JPY Term Loan has been fully repaid today with the aforementioned funds from the
Placements as well from the JPY Bridge Loan of JPY 1,000.0 million.
