Where did you get this from? as it is not in SGX announcement and based on First reit annoucement the 1Q result will only come out on 20apr2012

Notice of Books Closure Date
The Company hereby gives notice that the Register of Members and the Transfer Books of the
Company will be closed from 3 May 2012 (Thursday) after 5.00 p.m. to 4 May 2012 (Friday),
both dates inclusive, for the preparation of dividend warrants. The Register of Members and
the Transfer Books will re-open on 7 May 2012 (Monday).
Hi Guys, what does it mean " for the preparation of dividend warrants" ? Anyone knows?
Is it giving out or selling its warrants? How come I cant find any warrant counter for First Reit?
Any reasons for the run up to 0.895?
Anyone bought at 0.78?
Stability is the best with 9.1 % dividend pa.
