Sinotel had gone down to fill the gap at 57 cents n also went down to 50 cents on 05/11/09 , n formed a double bottom few days later before going into rebounce . It took a month to rebound to 62 cents n made a pull back slightly to 60.5  cents . It is now digesting the heavy volume traded on 02/12/09 , after this it may go up again if the volume becomes bigger , because there is a gap at 64 cents hasn't filled yet .

I believe this is a counter with great potentials but will take some time to run up. And this coupled with the traditional December month being a slow month, I do not foresee much action until next year.
