Watch out K Reit, its price may progress further UP. Jan normally is it Divi pay-out date.

best defensive mid cap property reit counter to buy for year 2010 (if you do not want to "roller coaster" in price with all uncertainty in year 2010 and not greedy) with very good dividend (6%-7%) and potential growth due to low leverage and sponsor...good luck :)

Could the income for distribution increase in the future. At current price distribution yield is about 7 % PA am I right

I guess now almost reach the fair value as after 1 for 1 rights already diluted it's nav from about $2.20 into half.

Emm still can buy lah, yesterday i bought at 0.985.

For long term, should be a good BUY. Short term play, u may need to look into its TA.

I think it is because it has wide exposure to the office rental market. In our current economic condition, office rentals are under pressure and are expected to be soft. As such there will be little growth in Kreit's distributable income.
