No bonus for gov servants?? Chialat liao, 60,000 locals likely will shrink their expenditure along d way till end of d yr. They hv to redo their 2nd half FY financial spending loh. Ds is becos normally they will generously spend a bit more on each mth, including going for tour, as they alrdy had taken consideration of minimum bonus they can get by end of d yr to cover d $ hole digged earlier.
