This time buying wave will let Popular protuding Sgd. 0.40 without a problem. Hence, I am ready to accumulate till the price reach Sgd. 0.40!!!
The company PE is quite low and the yield is quite high. Result coming soon and NAV is around $0.32.
They have bought some properties for redevelopment. If launch of property, the share price will move given current good sentiments on property.
This week Money Mind will have a look at this company. Buy it before too late !!!!

Indeed you are right. This counter is downtrend recently. Investors kepp reduce their stakes.
But sotck market is unpredictable. So It may surge to 45 cnets.
Popular will launch the hig hend condos soon which may stimulate the stock price.
Time will prove its performance....

if a stock is not even moving in this kind of bullish mkt, think => WHEN will it ever move? You should know what I mean.
Recently, not very POPULAR...but if bikelover could explain it should be P....again
bikerlover, love to share why you think this counter is a bargain and worth 45 cents ie. upside of almost 50%.
I personally feel that this stock is somewhat lagging. And i believe that it's quite a bargain now. But if it drops further more, it's better. A correction maybe near if the annual report's good. $0.45 should be roughly what this stock should be worth, as an assumption.
Cos its May time and the counter has become stagnant hovering between 0.315 and 0.32. Need some news to sway it. Its results will only be out in a months time I think. Wont have much movement

Don't worry. Property bubble may burst in 2009. They will launch Robin One condomunium in second half.
The price estimated move higher than 0.40 after their launch.
Even without the property biz, stationary and book biz is rather profitable too.

I think otherwise! immediate target Sgd. 0.42 very soon.
Looks like market is reacting well to popular going into property. Afterall, this is the hot sector now but once the property bubble burst....
Note that for all these TA indicators a very important criteria is volume and price movement. Only with huge volume can the TA result be more accurate. It is just like statistics analogy. Sample size of 3 versus sample size of 300 which will be more representative of the future direction?
Therefore TA are usually employed on ACTIVE stocks with huge volume traded. This also explains why sporegal and others who are hardcore TA supporters DO NOT PLAY penny stocks hahahaha.....
