Most board directors of Singapore listed companies are sleeping and many of them have very poor ratings in terms of ability in steering a company properly.   They don't give themselves a good name. That is why all share investors are suffering at their hands.   Authorities must encourage all corporate directors, including independents, to be less crooked and sensitive to the shareholders' plight with their hard earned blood money put into their companies. Hahaha.
