Should not buy globally, it can hardly work, should buy by country it probably creates decoupling effect from global movement, hence, it might work!!!

A piece of good news for the whole world, but don't kill me if it turns out to be a fake.
I heard from one source (not nice to name) that a couple of rich billionaires are grouping up to buy stocks globally in order to boost up prices thus protecting their wealth. This piece might be a welcome sort of thing.
Cheers. But don't buy before they do!! |

So, what shall we do?

Even if this is true, a couple of billionaires will not be able to do much. Even the US government's hundreds of billions of bailout money didn't even lift sentiment.

I think US govt bailouts are not targeting the stock markets. Obama is different from Bush. Remember Bush whenever the market tanks, he would go to the exchange and drum up support for the market? That was why the stock market ballooned for 10 years from a low of 2000 for the Dow to 14,000 points.
We need Obama to strike the drums at the stock exchange of NY. Serious, we need it.

It certainly is a good time for them to do it now, maybe supporting the prices at current levels. They will become richer this way. As for us poor as a result of the stock markets, what is for us? We can buy but for peanut gains!
