I still holding 40 lot brought earlier this year with 3 div +5 div. Quite good return. Cash hoard in the company still good. Only downside is the investment climate might force them to do investment write down, if not they might change the investment to fair value then no right down. The rail business is in the US, is weak at the moment. For dividend play is good definite increase the return on your total stock porfolio.

As long if they can pay div like the last 2 -3 years, stock price drop to 1cent also nevermind if they can pay big dividend constantly.

I personally think that the 0.05ct dividend is very attractive in regards with buying the shares at 0.2. Which will work out to be 25% profit against value of the shares at 0.2.

Judging their lowest low is at about 0.14, if purchase of K1's shares at 0.2 after dividend payout on 18 Nov, even if the share drop to 0.14 again, we still wont lose much, plus if it really drop to that level again, we can use the dividend payout to buy in more of k1's shares. If its shares is stable, then stay long term and collect dividends.

(My Interest: is to invest up to 1/4 of my capital for dividend stock.)

Anyone wish to comment on my theory above? Will appreciate valuable insights.
