STI will touch 2000 points

Whatever it is, a lot of money can be lost in the process of 'bargain-snapping'
(no 'bargain-hunting' is necessary, since now every stock is a 'bargain'... 

 

Although flip flop between the centre line of 2000, a lot of hot cashs are outside waiting to come in... Those badly beaten ones worth checking out.

 

My view are for sharing. I hope bull run also, but the situation is a little bleak. Have some patience, bull run will come dun use up all your amm when run come. Your capital are all tied up in equity ler

yes, a lot of cash rich traders are bystander today. looking at the .546b traded vol now. And some of the hot counters like SGX, low vol, not many players. Unlike last 2 days, by end of the day traded vol were 1.59 n 1.83 b respectively.

really, need more supporters to push the market liao.

 

Market is have alot of uncertain at this point. Hence alot up and down recently no way to guage how the marktet is going to move.

A General Sign, will be for spore market to move big Institition got to come in to show sign of confidence in the market. Why insider are not buying big as they got the cash in hand. They are waiting for the sign to be clearer before jumping in i guess. That my assumption,

Market can be up alot when everyone think the crisses is over, or can persist if they think more bad news will come.

 

Listed company under the Securities Act have to disclosure their stake if they are substantial shareholder (5% or more stake) Any buy or sell will have to be disclosure. SGX Website will show de

they will not disclose it isn't it? not after a period of time after the stock go up and u realize it was Temasek's doing

Great that everyone can cheer abt the rebound yesterday and today. It should be heading up for the rest of the week but watch out for any hiccup. Newsflow are important from now on to assess if the actions taken are effective.

 

Today we would hope to see the tide changes with inclination on the upside. While action plan for Europe in finalizing while US is still on the talk, the market would still be volatile considering the different financial system structure between Europe and US/UK has different impact as the action plan is rolled out.

I hope I am right to look at the upside.

 

Hi anyone can advise what is the index when 1997 Crash, SARs period, Sep attack and others? Is it 1800 or even lower. Thanks.

Earlier in this tread i mentioned that 1500 is possible by end of this year... so fast now is approaching 1800. Ya now is time to consolidate for the recovery..

Yes the selling is particularly strong....... It is really a mad selling exubarance made up of largely Institutional seller. Retail investor are scared and sidelined watching the mad cow performing..... 

 

excellent vol today.. >1.5 billion..

made up of panic sellers,margin calls,unwinding trades..etc
