ha ha, most retailers were agitated by the local banks' performance in STI, despite calling sell down by analysts. Is it a mirage? Next Mon, u will see loh.
UOB's preferential shares should have also matched it at 5.1%.
ha ha got 56 S; at $100 n 6 B calling $99.80.
100-5=95 would be the support level loh.
as lately, analysts play down on banks. as the vol is low, u may got stuck if u buy it at issued price of 100. however, u still can wait until day near payout date, as current STI is rather gloomy, owing to pessimism on global economic, world wide. AK view only.
Trading at 100$ now. Good buy. 1st dividend will be given out on 20th Sept. 08
