Had a request for this by one of my viewers of my blog at http://kelongstocks.blogspot.com

Technical Analysis
MediaRing is in a falling wedge pattern. Needs to break out from resistance on high volumes to continue uptrend. Fundamentally, MediaRing is trading at around 15x forward P/E for 2007 assuming takeover of Pacnet is successful which to me seems a fair valuation.

Resistances: 46.5 cents, 49 cents (current falling wedge resistance), 54 cents, 62 cents
Supports: 42 cents (falling wedge support), 40 cents, 37 cents, 35 cents (both resistance turned support)

Indicators: Bearish and confirming current price action (RSI continues to trend downwards towards oversold region, MACD continues to trend downwards in negative region and Stochastics has cut down into oversold region - bearish crossover observed 3 trading days ago).

Volumes have generally declined since the high volumes observed on the bearish belt-hold candlestick on 26 Apr 06. During the recent sharp rise in mid Apr 06, divergence signs were observed with volumes were starting to decline after 12 Apr 06 despite another 3 days of advances.

At its EGM, it got shareholders' approval for renounceable non-written rights issue of up to 245,620,591 new shares. Its price will fall some more.

I am confused by this thread, thot it's abt Mediaring, but instead on Globalvoice and some free trial. Anyways, this Sharejunction site now is already good and free some more. To get back on track, MediaRing's shares has been highly traded for some time. Is their purchase of PacNet confirmed? Anyone heard anything?
